You can request your username by mailing opleidingen_NL@sdworx.com.

If you have forgotten your password or wish to change it, you can indicate this on the login screen. You will then receive a link via your chosen communication channel (e.g. email) to reset your password for the learning portal.

Important: This reset link is only valid for 24 hours for security reasons. Your password must be created using the following format:

Minimum 8 charactersMinimum 1 alphanumeric and 1 numeric characterMinimum 1 special character such as %, @,&....

If you have specified SMS as your preferred communication in your profile, you will receive an SMS with a reset code that you must enter before you can change your password.

When you first registered, you were asked to enrich your profile with additional information. The choice of the desired communication method (SMS, e-mail, alternative e-mail address) is important here to change your password as well as to access exam sessions. You can change this information yourself at any time.

You can find all the information in the "Dashboard" or in "My courses".

You can find all your scheduled courses in the "Dashboard" or in "My Courses". Here you can click on "Course information". In the next screen, you can click on "Digital course material student" and download the course material.

You can find your attendance certificates under the "certificates" tab in "My profile".
