Course conditions

• After enrolling in a course, workshop or seminar (hereinafter referred to as the course), you are enrolled as a participant for the relevant course. These enrolment conditions will apply from that time on.
• Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation of your registration. 
• Invoicing will take place from the date of confirmation of the course enrolment.
• Changes on confirmed course dates up to 14 calendar days in advance must be confirmed in writing to opleidingen_NL@sdworx.com. 
• If cancellation takes place within 14 calendar days before the course date, no refund of the invoice will take place, unless evidence of force majeure is provided.
• In the event of a classroom course enrolment of fewer than 3 people, SD Worx Nederland BV reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course up to 14 calendar days before the start of the course at the latest. 
• Other terms and conditions are in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions can be requested from us by means of our contact form. All deliveries shall take place subject to credit approval. 

Changes
SD Worx Nederland BV reserves the right to make changes to course content, dates and any other course specifications if necessary.  
SD Worx Nederland BV is not liable for any costs and/or damages arising from this incurred by the participant and/or tenderer.

Course material
SD Worx Nederland BV provides course material for all courses and workshops. Reproduction of course material may only take place with the written consent of SD Worx Nederland BV.

Options
If you wish to take an option on a course, the option must be confirmed in writing within 3 working days. If this is not done, the option expires.

Enrolment
To enrol in a course, please go to the course of your choice or enrol using our course enrolment form.
After you have enrolled in the course, you will receive an email at the email address provided.
